HTML email campaigns

The ITS Web Team manage a third-party facility that enables Schools and Departments to send out email campaigns (HTML and/or plain text) to large volumes of addresses, for example for advertising purposes or to maintain contact with alumni.  This may involve sending a single message, or a number of linked messages over a period of time. This service must be arranged through External Relations, and the costs associated with using the service are passed on to the relevant School or Department.  Further information about this service, and details of the standard procedure to be followed when this service is required, are now given on this page about the HTML email service.
