Counselling Service

We offer a free, non-judgemental and confidential counselling service which consists of a consultation process followed by time limited counselling contact. Our aim is to support you with emotional and psychological difficulties that are affecting your experience and engagement with your studies at university.

Where we then feel that other forms of support will be more appropriate, we will signpost you or refer you elsewhere.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer counselling sessions to students who are studying outside of the United Kingdom. However, students can access mental health self-help and peer support through Togetherall, and a wide range of supportive resources though the Wellbeing Services website.
