Professor Uriel Procaccia
Professor Uriel Procaccia from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Herzliya, Israel has been appointed as a Visiting Professor for 2010-2011.
Professor Procaccia received his SJD from Pennsylvania University and served as the Dean of the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is now Head of the LLM Programme in the Radzyner School of Law at IDC and is a member of the the Center for the Study of Rationality at the Hebrew University.
Professor Procaccia is the principal author of the draft of the new Israeli Company Law.
His specialisations are contract law and corporate law, and his main research and publications concern economic approaches to corporate law, and law and culture, including the area of Russian iconography.
