Rosi Braidotti
Rosi Braidotti is currently Distinguished Professor in the Humanities in a Globalised World, at Utrecht University.
She was the foundation professor in Gender Studies at Utrecht University. She has extensive experience in European co-operative projects and networking both within the Socrates and the Framework Programmes of the European Commission. Her publications, translated in several languages, include:
- Transpositions: on Nomadic Ethics (2006)
- Metamorphoses. Toward a Materialistic Theory of Becoming (2002)
- Nomadic Subjects (1994)
- Patterns of Dissonance (1991)
She was awarded a Leverhulme Distinguished Visiting Professorship in the Law School at Birkbeck (2005-6) and inĀ 2007 was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Philosophy by the University of Helsinki.
