Dr Peter Rush has been appointed as an Honorary Research Fellow in the School of Law from 1 February until 31 December 2010.

Dr Rush is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Melbourne. His research expertise includes Criminal Law, International Criminal Justice, Jurisprudence and Legal Theory, Jurisdiction, and Law and Aesthetics, and he is currently working in the area of criminal legal doctrine – its histories and formation; sexual assault law and reform; trauma and international criminal justice; anti-terrorism laws; and the criminalisation of HIV transmission.
