• Stephen will complete his doctorate on Spinoza and natural right at Birkbeck in 2012.  He is a practicing solicitor with experience in international finance, financial regulation, and litigation. Stephen will be teaching on the Introduction to International Finance Law module.

• James, a graduate of Birkbeck School of Law, was a litigation solicitor in private practice prior to taking a full-time academic position at University of Northampton. With extensive experience advising on environmental issues for corporate, banking, property and the public sector, she is a recognised leader in her field.
