CONTRACTS
- Nominated students will sign an agreement with the University of London Accommodation Services. Once nominated by Birkbeck, all aspects of the student’s contract and life in halls will be managed by the University of London.
- Contract duration:
- 40 weeks: 13 September 2026 - 19 June 2027
- 50 weeks: 13 September 2026 - 28 August 2027
- Students who have been offered a room in this hall can request early arrival when they receive their tenancy agreement from the University of London Accommodation Service. Requests for early arrivals will be dealt with exclusively with the University of London Accommodation Services. Please contact the University of London for further information.
- Contract extension after June 2027 can usually be applied for depending on availability. Contract extensions are arranged directly with the hall administration, during term two.
- Rent includes utility bills and Wi-Fi.
- A £500 deposit and administration fee will be payable to the University of London on receipt of the contract.
