Located close to Hyde Park and Paddington station, this hall offers en-suite accommodation to over 300 students from London universities.

  • Contracts

    • Nominated students will sign an agreement with the University of London Accommodation Services.
    • Contract length:
    • 40 weeks (all catered rooms): 15 September 2019 to 20 June 2020
    • 50 weeks (all self-catered rooms): 15 September 2019 to 29 August 2020.
    • Students who have been offered a room in this hall can request early arrival when they receive their tenancy agreement from the University of London Accommodation Service.
    • Contract extension after 20 June 2020 can be granted depending on availability. Contract extensions are arranged directly the hall administration during term two.
    • Rent includes evening meals and breakfasts (except for studios), insurance, utility bills, WiFi.
    • A deposit of £500, plus £25 administration fee, will be payable to the University of London on receipt of the contract.
