We are here to help you access and get the most out of the IT and Library services we provide.
Face-to-face support
You can get IT and Library help from the User Services team who are based in the Library:
- Monday to Saturday: 10am to 11.45pm
- Sunday: 10am to 8pm.
Online support
Just ask us a question at www.bbk.ac.uk/ask. Birkbeck staff should use Ask in My Birkbeck for staff.

Phone lines are open:
- Monday to Saturday: 8am to 11.45pm
