Appendix 3 - Sources of support
The following support resources are available to any member of staff whether they have concerns about inappropriate behaviour, are considering raising a complaint about inappropriate behaviour, are currently disclosing an incident, or are the subject of a complaint.

- Consists of a network of individuals trained to provide guidance and support to staff if they have a concern about bullying, harassment and victimisation

- A confidential employee service including access to staff counselling, designed to help deal with personal and professional problems that could be affecting your home life or work life, health and general wellbeing. The helpline is available 24/7, 365 days a year.
