Biography
Lukas is a researcher and lecturer in the Birkbeck Department of Organisational Psychology. Earlier in his life, he worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, and then completed his PhD in Social Psychology at Goldsmiths, University of London.
At present, his main research interest is how workforce diversity can be harnessed to improve organisational performance. Apart from that, he is interested in intergroup contact, attitude change and sees himself as a proponent of Open Science practices.
