The knowledge base is a library of 'how-to' documents and guides that will help you get to grips with core software and services provided by Birkbeck.
You can read the documents online, or save or print them for future reference. Some require your ITS username and password to access.
eRegisters
- eRegisters is Birkbeck's electronic class register system. Students should register their attendance in all teaching events.

Remote working
- To set-up and connect to the VPN follow the instructions in these install guides (requires login to Microsoft 365 with your Birkbeck email address and password):
