Module description

In this module we provide you with a sound introduction to the various aspects of psychology, focusing on key theories and research. You will become aware of the significance of this body of knowledge to business and organisational psychology. Finally, the purpose of the module is to develop your ability to think critically and constructively about this area of psychology.

  • explain a number of applications of psychology within an organisational context
  • constructively and critically evaluate theories and research in the field of psychology as applied to business and work.
