The UEL Stratford Library is usually open 24 hours a day, seven days a week during term-time, but check the Library website for specific opening hours.

Staff at the UEL Stratford Library helpdesk can answer your queries about:  

  • finding, reserving and borrowing items
  • using the IT facilities
  • searching the online catalogue
  • booking rooms for group work.  

Birkbeck ELIbrary, ebooks and ejournals

Birkbeck Library in Bloomsbury 

  • Birkbeck students in Stratford have full access to the main Birkbeck Library in Bloomsbury, central London. 
  • You can borrow items from Birkbeck Library in Bloomsbury, but they have to be returned there - they cannot be returned to the UEL Stratford Library.
