We can help to signpost you to the relevant department to deal with:
- your application and enrolment queries
- general information about any aspect of your studies at Birkbeck
- getting referred to specialist staff for more in-depth professional support
- making an appointment for one-to-one advice
- general information about all our courses at Birkbeck
You can also use the self-service terminals to access information. The My Birkbeck Student Centre is located in the main building at Torrington Square (WC1).

Our staff are on hand to provide the information and advice:
- Monday to Thursday: 12.00 noon-7.00pm
- Friday and Saturday: 12.00 noon-5.00pm
- Sunday: closed
