Aaron Sims studentship
Instituted under the will of Dr Aaron Sims, a former student of the College.
This studentship is open to part-time postgraduate students reading for a higher degree in the School of Languages, Linguistics and Culture to enable them to undertake a period of full-time study either at home or abroad at a critical stage of their course. Preference will be given to students who are graduates of the College.
In the event of there being no application for a studentship, the Scholarships Sub-Committee may award a scholarship to a part-time undergraduate student or bursaries to part-time undergraduate and part-time postgraduate students reading for language degrees who are applicants for College one-term bursaries.
The award may be held for part of an academic year, as prescribed by the Scholarships Sub-Committee. The amount will vary according to the circumstances of the successful applicant.
