This pages provides basic technical support for our learning objects. If you are having difficulty in getting the learning object to load or play please see the following common errors on how to fix the problem. Bandwidth Requirements

You must have a high speed connection to play the learning objects availaible from this project*. These objects are intentially designed as multimedia objects which utilize text, image, audio, animation and video so as to harness the full value of a rich and diverse learning experience.

*average loading time on a 1mb broadband connection is 45 seconds.

We encourage the free downloading and sharing of these objects with any and all learners. They are availaible for download in the following ways:

mobile device usage

We are in our initial test phases for making learning objects availaible through mobile media. We are initially testing for PDA devices with Windows Mobile 5.0 delivered over a WiFi network. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to be a part of additional usability studies.
