How to check your browser settings

If your browser's privacy settings are high, the cookie may not be downloaded. Here's how to check:

Internet Explorer

• Go to the Tools menu
• Click Internet options
• Click on the Privacy tab
• Make sure that the slider is set to Medium or below

OR, if you don't want to adjust your general settings you can decide which cookies you allow:

• Click on Sites
• Type in http://auth.athensams.net
• Click on Allow
• Click on Close

Firefox

Cookies are enabled by default in Firefox. If you have disabled them you can make an exception for the Athens cookie by:

• Go to the Tools menu
• Click on Options
• Select Privacy
• Select "Use custom setting for history"
• Click on Exceptions
• Type in http://auth.athensams.net
• Click on Allow
• Click on Close
