ITS Computer Account Registration System
The links below give some general information on usernames and allow anyone with an ITS username to reset their password. It is highly recommended that you setup the security questions so that you can reset your password via the link below. Without security questions, you must contact the help desk to reset your password.
If you are a returning student or you have previously enrolled on a course at Birkbeck then you keep the same username and password. Your account will automatically be made live once you are enrolled on the new course.
- Change your password for staff and students. You need to know the current password to use this.
