Help and advice

We provide central IT support for both staff and students.

Before contacting us for help please check the news pages in case your problem is part of a wider issue that we are already aware of and dealing with. New registrants may find their question covered in the frequently asked questions.

If you need help and advice from us you should usually contact the ITS Service desk in the first instance; where necessary your query will then be passed on to the relevant specialist team to resolve your problem.
