A very warm welcome to the Department of Psychological Sciences at Birkbeck!
We hope you are excited about joining our department and embarking on the next stage of your academic journey. To make sure that you are fully prepared for the road ahead we would like to invite you to an Induction evening at 6pm on Thursday 26th September, the week before your course commences. This is a great opportunity to meet the members of the department as well as familiarising yourself with the services we offer to students. Your Programme Director will provide detailed information about the course you will be taking, what is expected of you and what you can expect from us. After the official part of the Induction we will invite you to join us and your course mates at the Terrace 5 restaurant for a discussion in a more informal setting. Your participation is completely voluntary but is strongly encouraged and highly anticipated!
