Training

As a research student in the Department of European Culture and Languages, you will be given training in research methods. You will also have access to the activities of the IGRS (Institute of Germanic and Romance Studies) based at Senate House, which include, for example, training days for subject-specific research skills in modern languages, and a Graduate Forum organised by postgraduate students across the University of London.
