Daytime master's tuition fee bursary 2024

We're delighted to offer a time-limited £1000 bursary towards the cost of your home tuition fees, if you apply for one of our newly launched daytime master's courses, starting in Autumn 2024.
This is part of our ongoing commitment to provide our students with more choice when it comes to how they study at Birkbeck; a world-class teaching and research institution, part of the prestigious University of London.
As this is a limited offer for new students resident in the UK, you'll need to apply by the 30 June 2024 deadline to be eligible.
If you are already part of the Alumni community, along with this bursary, you could be eligible to receive our Lifelong learning guarantee discount too.
Value of award
- Full-time master's courses: £1000 tuition fee reduction for the first year of enrolment only.
Eligibility
- To be eligible for the scholarship, you must:
- be a new student, starting your first year of master's study in 2024/25
- have submitted your daytime master's application to Birkbeck by 23:59 on 30 June 2024.
- be ordinarily resident in the UK and assessed to pay home tuition fees
- be enrolled and studying a full-time, daytime master's course in October 2024. These daytime master's are:
MSc Business Analytics
MSc Computer Science
MSc Data Science
MSc/MA Health and Clinical Psychological Sciences
MSc International Business
MSc Management
MSc Psychological Research Methods
MSc/MA Brain and Cognitive Development
MSc/MA Cognition and Computation
MSc/MA Cognitive Neuroscience and Neuropsychology
- Please note: This Birkbeck scholarship award cannot be combined with any other scholarships or awards available. If you are in receipt of sponsorship by a third party, you won’t be eligible.
- If are eligible to receive the Birkbeck's Lifelong learning guarantee discount, you will be able to receive both this bursary and the Lifelong learning guarantee discount.
How to apply
- There is no need to apply. If you meet the eligibility criteria, the scholarship will be applied automatically at the point of enrolment.
