The MA History of Art scholarship offers a fee waiver for part-time or full-time Home postgraduate taught students for the 2026/27 academic year.
Students on the Curating and Collections Management pathways of the MA are not eligible to apply.

£5,400 to be used for tuition fees only.
If your programme is over multiple years then the payment will be split across those years.
Eligibility
You must be a Home student.
You must be applying to study on a Birkbeck programme that is based at our Bloomsbury campus in London (this includes programmes delivered online).
This award is available to applicants of academic merit studying the MA History of Art in the School of Historical Studies.
