Each project showcases the creativity, critical thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset that lie at the heart of our approach to innovation education.
Kasuni Chamudika
Kasuni Chamudika has over five years of experience at the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka. She currently leads SustainU, an initiative that helps small businesses in rural areas develop and improve their products. Kasuni holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies (Second Class Upper Division) and an MBA, where she researched the impact of Foreign Direct Investment and firm size on firm growth in Sri Lanka’s apparel industry. Kasuni completed her MSc in International Business at Birkbeck, University of London, focusing on “Product Innovation for SME Internationalisation: A study of Startups Based in London with special reference to Government Support ” on a qualitative approach in October 2025. This experience helped her gain a strong understanding of the UK SME environment and the challenges they face in expanding globally. View Kasuni's profile on LinkedIn
Joel Carlos
