January-start courses

Birkbeck offers a range of postgraduate courses that are available to start in January 2027.

Most courses take place in the evening, meaning your days are free to work, study or meet other commitments. We also offer a number of flexible master's, providing you with the option to study online, on campus or a combination of the two.

Our next on-campus open event for January 2027 starts is our Postgraduate Open Evening on 11 November.

International students

If you are an international student, take a look at our application guidelines which outline the entry requirements and application deadlines. Join us at our Postgraduate International Webinar: January 2027 Intake on 14 October to speak with us and receive all of the information you need. Please note that international students who require a Student visa to study in the UK can only study full-time, on campus.
