Customer service coordinators

The customer service coordinators for your building can help you with: 

  • an emergency situation 
  • receiving visitors, new members of staff and applicants (students and staff) 
  • reporting any incidents or crimes  
  • leaving keys 
  • reporting, or claiming, lost property 
  • organising a student locker 
  • any other queries about your building and its facilities. 

You can speak to the customer service coordinators on the reception desk in your building, or at the 24-hour reception desk in our main building on Malet Street (entrance on Torrington Square) in Bloomsbury, either face to face or over the phone
