    Biography

My work spans academic leadership, teaching and assessment, and programme quality enhancement, with a consistent focus on inclusive, evidence-informed pedagogy and strong learner support.

My scholarly interests include emotional intelligence in the curriculum, decision-making and cognitive biases, student success and widening participation, and assessment and feedback for learning. If you’d like a short insight into my leadership approach, see my Advance HE case study, “Navigating Senior Fellowship through the lens of Self-Determination Theory (SDT)” here.

I welcome collaboration with colleagues and external partners on research and practice-enhancement projects. If you’d like to connect, please contact me via LinkedIn, here.
