Biography
My work spans academic leadership, teaching and assessment, and programme quality enhancement, with a consistent focus on inclusive, evidence-informed pedagogy and strong learner support.
My scholarly interests include emotional intelligence in the curriculum, decision-making and cognitive biases, student success and widening participation, and assessment and feedback for learning.
