Overview
Biography
I research public opinion, recently focusing on citizens' perceptions of governance that incorporates elements of scientific expertise and digital technologies like AI, communication platforms, or data-driven decision-making processes.
I joined Birkbeck in 2021, where I direct the MSc in Political Communication and help organise the Birkbeck Centre for British Political Life. Previously, at the University of Exeter, I taught quantitative methods and, as a postdoctoral researcher, contributed to research on media exposure and media effects in the context of the 2015--2019 UK General Elections and Brexit referendum.
