    Biography

    A graduate of Oxford University, Barbara has worked on numerous TV series, including The Bill, Wycliffe, Dangerfield, 99-1, Love Hurts, I Was a Rat!, Bootleg and the multi-award-winning Pig Heart Boy. 

    She has written for both adults and chldren, and won a BAFTA Best Adapted Script award in 2005 for her children's drama Wipe Out.

    As an editor, she has worked with many new writers as well as more established names, and is widely respected for her abilities in script development. 

    She is currently working with producers developing new TV series, and is attempting to write a novel.
