Biography
I am an organisational psychologist, ODD professional and Executive Coach as well as lecturer and tutor for Birkbeck College and the University of London. I teach Learning and Development, Leadership, Careers and other modules on the OPHRM and Org Psych programmes. I have been working for the college for four years. I supervise Dissertation students specialising in leadership, careers and the cross-section with gender (qualitative methods). I am a guest reviewer for the Journal of Work Applied Management.
