Birkbeck, University of London, opens new campus in Bengaluru, India.
Students in India will be able to study for a globally-recognised University of London degree without relocating overseas with the opening of the Birkbeck, University of London campus in Bengaluru on 14 April 2026.
Birkbeck, University of London Bengaluru students will benefit from quality-assured applied learning connected to real world business practice, through teaching informed by research-active academics.
They will be awarded degrees from the University of London, one of the United Kingdom’s best-known and most prestigious universities, which are recognised by employers across the world, whilst enjoying a modern campus experience in the heart of Bengaluru, one of India’s fastest growing and most vibrant urban economies.
Founded in 1823, Birkbeck, University of London has over 200 years’ experience of providing career-focused, life-changing education that empowers students to realise their ambitions, advance their careers, and expand their thinking. It has a global reputation for the quality of its teaching and research and an alumni community of over 100,000 graduates.
Located in Sattva Tech Park, in one of Bengaluru’s most important technology and business districts, which is home to the India headquarters of many global technology companies, students will be able to study both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in business management and business analytics at the Birkbeck, University of London campus.
