Inauguration of the One World Festival 2019/20 at Birkbeck, University of London, 6 - 9pm

Birkbeck One World Festival 2019/20 will be marked throughout the 2019/20 academic year. Planned activities, including international holiday events, film screenings, workshops and much more, will offer opportunities for our international students to mix and get to know one another, and to learn from other cultures. We will celebrate Birkbeck's diversity, inclusivity, international heritage and institutional vibrancy.

Professor Kevin Ibeh, Pro-Vice Master International, will introduce the inaugural event for the One World Festival 2019/20.

Lucy Crittenden from Birkbeck Futures team will talk on ‘The Importance of Networking’ in our contemporary world. She will discuss the benefits of networking and reflect on how students can become active networkers.

The rest of this inaugural One World Festival event will be devoted to a drink reception and interactive networking activities. Please come ready to participate in these fun and informative activities. We are looking forward to meeting you!
