The process of learning while rewarding can be highly stressful and challenging, especially when combined with the many responsibilities some students face.
In part two we will continue to focus on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) based on the research of Jon Kabat Zinn. Further practical techniques will be introduced, as well as reviewing progress with previous techniques.
