The Dynamics of a Career

This interactive workshop will get you exploring your unique model of what a career is and will get you to reflect in your career to date and challenge your perception of what a career is.
We will touch briefly on some theories of career development and explore some of the dynamic elements that define what a career is: career management, dealing with career challenges and the importance of reflection and career storytelling. We will also look at the value of mentoring and oaching, some workplace trends and end with a global perspective on career development in terms of multicultural career narratives, global career mobility, cross-cultural competence and global networking.
You will leave the session with more clarity around your own model of a career and your career development potential.
