Join BSc Psychology lecturer, Dr Ute Liersch who will be teaching a 2-hour Mental Health workshop. Dr Liersch, a chartered Counselling and Coaching Psychologist, is offering this experimental workshop which will focus on resilience training and how we can cope and adapt during difficult situations. Attendees will be given supplementary material to download before the session which will aid you through this workshop.
