Editing and proofreading is an important part of the writing process, yet it is one that many students don’t do, or don’t know how to do well. In this session, we’ll consider why it’s important, especially in academic writing, and look at some strategies and tips for reviewing your work effectively before submission. We’ll also have a go at proofreading a text for accuracy and clarity.
