Peoplewise will be delivering a face-to-face session on understanding, and familiarising yourselves with the tests you may encounter in recruitment when applying for graduate roles or graduate programmes.
This session aims to help you feel more comfortable participating in psychometric tests and assessments whether for selection or for personal development.
We will touch on:
• How we may respond to assessments and how this may impact on how you approach them
• The response formats when asked to complete assessments
• The different types of assessments (psychometric and non-psychometric),
• An introduction to assessment centres
• What are reasonable adjustments and when might one request a reasonable adjustment
There will also be time for Q&A at the end of the event.

Our speaker Daniel de Freitas Head of Assessment and COO at PeopleWise Daniel is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist (registered in South Africa and the UK) with a background in designing and implementing end-to-end strategic and operational talent management initiatives across the globe.
We are delighted to have Daniel come and speak to us on strategies to approach psychometric tests for selection or for development.
There will be plenty of time for Q&A at the event.
