Join us for this Help to Grow Alumni masterclass on scenario analysis. This event is for alumni of Birkbeck’s Help to Grow: Management Programme. A limited number of places are available for non-alumni – please specify when booking your place.

Strategic Planning with Scenario Analysis
Scenario analysis is an important tool that decision makers use to make sense of uncertain futures. This session will provide a practical introduction to scenario analysis. You will get the chance to apply your learning to your business by taking part in a brief scenario building exercise.
In the second half of the session, you will have the opportunity to check in on your Growth Action Plan and troubleshoot any issues or concerns with fellow alumni and event facilitators.
Your facilitator
Dr Neil Pyper is Senior Lecturer in Birkbeck’s Department of Management and a specialist in strategic foresight. He is co-author of the textbook ‘Technology Strategy’ and has significant experience of teaching strategy, strategic leadership and decision-making at all levels.
