Scenario analysis is an important tool that decision makers use to make sense of uncertain futures.
Led by Dr Neil Pyper, Senior Lecturer in Birkbeck's Department of Management, this session will provide a practical introduction to scenario analysis. You will also have the opportunity to take part in a brief scenario building exercise.
This session will be of interest to anyone interested in how to think about the future, particularly those whose work involves strategic thinking.
