How we manage change, challenge, and adversity can impact our success in the workplace as well as in our personal lives. At Enterprise Rent-A-Car we recognise that developing resilience skills can help us motivate ourselves, be more effective professionally and promote creative thinking and innovative solutions.

How we feel also impacts our performance, making resilience skills even more important for our careers, as they help us improve our well-being and the ability to connect with others.

 

In  an ever-increasing demand on our time and energy means our environment is now one  where people feel often feel overwhelmed or unable to manage the high expectations of their daily lives through problem solving skills or coping strategies. This summer, Enterprise launched their Embrace the Moment, change webinar series ‘Resilience’ has been the most attended session so far!
