Ever wondered how you would handle a difficult conversation in the workplace? Using Virtual Reality, you'll step into realistic scenarios where you can practise responding to challenging situations, giving feedback, raising concerns and communicating with confidence. The immersive experience allows you to develop your skills in a safe environment, helping you feel more prepared for placements, employment and professional interactions. Headsets will be provided in the ILC classroom and sessions will be led by ILC Digital Education staff.
