Disabled Students' Allowance Workshop - Hybrid

When:
Venue: Hybrid

Book your place

Disabled Student’s Allowance (DSA) is a fund to support students in covering the study-related costs they may have due to a mental health problem, long-term illness, or any other disability.

This hybrid workshop aims to provide guidance and advice to any prospective or enrolled Birkbeck student going through the DSA application process.

Led by Student Support Officers from Birkbeck's Student Support and Wellbeing Service, this event will give you an opportunity to learn more about the benefits of applying for Disabled Students Allowance and the application process.

This session will begin with a brief overview presentation of DSA and the application process, followed by a guide through the DSA1 application form. There will also be an opportunity to complete your DSA application with the support of the Student Support Officers, who will be on hand to offer answers and guidance.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are attending the workshop in person, we ask that you bring your own device to ensure your details and application form remain secure and accessible to you after the session ends.
