On Wednesday 23 September at 6pm Birkbeck alumnus Dr Conor J. Kelly will launch his new book 'Explaining Northern Ireland Party Stances on the EU: Dividing Lines Before and After Brexit', which was recently published by Routledge. The book explores the European stances of three of Northern Ireland’s political parties from accession in 1973 on, culminating in Brexit, one of the most tumultuous episodes in recent UK, Irish, and European politics. It will be of interest to students and scholars of Irish politics and Irish studies, British politics, European politics and integration, and party politics.
