Foundation Years are designed to help you build the knowledge, skills and confidence needed for degree-level study. They are ideal if you do not meet the entry requirements for BSc Psychology, have not previously studied relevant subjects, or are returning to education after a break.
Unlike most foundation pathways, our Accelerated Foundation Year offers the opportunity to progress directly into Year 2 of the BSc Psychology if you meet the required progression standards. This means you can skip Year 1 of the degree and continue your studies without adding an extra year, allowing you to complete your qualification within the same timeframe as students who entered the course directly. Many of our students successfully progress through this route each year.
This session is the perfect opportunity to learn more about the course, understand how the accelerated route works, and ask questions directly to our senior academic staff.
