During your studies, you will likely use eBooks from your reading lists, online reading resources, and the library catalogue. eBooks can provide convenient access to academic material, but many students are unaware of the useful features available within eBook platforms. These tools can help you read more effectively, organise your notes, highlight key information, create citations, and support your learning.
By the end of this session, you will:
- Know where to find eBooks.
- Understand the main eBook platforms used at Birkbeck.
- Be able to use eBook study tools to support your learning.
There will also be time for you to ask any questions you have about using eBooks and the library catalogue.
