In this hands-on presentation, Faisal Attrache will break down the AI filmmaking workflow, drawing on a range of examples. The aim of the session is to demystify AI image and video generation, to see it as a creative assistant and emphasise its potential as a new tool in the filmmaker's craft. The presentation will be an exploration of what it really takes to make a film using AI tools, and the latest workflows to bring one's visions and stories to life.
The event is organised as part of the MA Film and Screen Media Invited Speakers Series in collaboration with the Birkbeck Institute for the Moving Image (BIMI) and the Centre for Creative AI.
