The Psychology of the Workplace: Motivation, Wellbeing and Individual Differences
In this taster session, learn about Birkbeck’s BSc Business Psychology from programme director Dr Aly Kelleher, who will explain how organisational psychology can answer these questions, what students would learn on the course, and the exciting range of career paths available after studying Business Psychology.
In the interactive part of the session, students will be given practical scenarios about motivation, employee wellbeing and individual differences, and in groups will discuss and present the real-life ways that psychology can help people and businesses become more inclusive and organised.
At the end, join a current Birkbeck student on a campus tour to explore our beautiful Bloomsbury campus.
