Academic skills workshop: Note making skills for in-person exams

  • Are you unsure of how to approach your note making so that it is most helpful during the exam?

If you said yes to any of these questions, this workshop may be useful to you.
In this workshop, we will explore effective note-making techniques for in-person exams such as the Cornell method, colour coding, flowcharts and mind maps. You will go away with a clearer understanding of how to approach your note-making to aid with quick retrieval during in-person exams.

This online workshop is delivered via Microsoft Teams. You will receive a confirmation in your email inbox after you register for the workshop, and the Teams link will be available about an hour before the start of the workshop. It's intended for enrolled Birkbeck students only.
