When:
Venue: Online

Book your place

This workshop is for Birkbeck students. Book your place in My Birkbeck / Events and Workshops (not sure how to do that? Watch this short video guide!). If you use the link above to book, please use your Birkbeck student email address to sign up - thanks!

  • Do you need to use Harvard referencing in your assignments?
  • Are you confused by or new to Harvard referencing?
  • Do you want to learn the basics of how to do Harvard referencing?

If you've answered yes to any of these questions, then join us for this session on how to do Harvard referencing. We'll consider what Harvard referencing is and then review how to reference key academic source types such as books, chapters, journal articles, and newspaper articles.

Note that the version of Harvard this workshop covers in the 12th edition Cite Them Right Harvard style.
